Motorbike trip Bkk<-->Phuket May/June 2008

    I'm planning to do another trip from Bangkok to Phuket and back towards the end of this month, May if not the beginning of next month, June, 2008. Last time I went in March, I went alone, but wouldn't mind company to drive along with me this time. It's quite a scenic trip and can comfortably be done in two days, or even three or more with lots of sightseeing thrown in. I'm planning to bring along a tent this time to set up camp along the beach somewhere, perhaps in Chumporn or Prachuap. Anyone in Thailand around that period, and interested in joining me, please don't hesitate to contact me

    I am riding Honda Phantom from Surin to Hua Hin for Thanksgiving. Can anyone tell me how to get around Bangkok Expressways and K-Bank bridge (which do not allow motorcycles)?

    Rama 3 Bridge is closest motorbike can cross from East side of river, come via Rama IV/Klong Toey and meet up with Rama III from Klong Toey to Sathorn area...or you can take the moto ferry at around Prapradaeng pier, this being a little confusing to navigate. sorry 4 late reply. how was it?
